  1. information concerning the business policy of the employer and specifications of the position functions and requirements shall be imparted in a confidential manner.

  2. a candidate's qualifications, employment history and salary history/requirements shall be stated to the employer as completely and accurately as possible.

  3. a candidate shall be referred to an employer only for consideration for a specific, open position unless both parties agree in advance.

  4. candidates placed by stonington search partners shall not be solicited by that same franchisee to consider other positions while still in the employ of the employer with whom placed, unless the candidate requests reactivation of his/her application.

  5. stonington search partners shall not accept a position requisition which discriminates with regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, marital status or physical handicap.
